“Traditional Paulista Table: Eat & Drink Together” by Toninho Macedo represents 30 years of culinary research
Campinas, São Paulo – Brazil – Aviagen®, the world leader in poultry genetics, sponsored the book Traditional Paulista Table: Eat & Drink Together launched earlier in November. Authored by Toninho Macedo, the book launch event was held at the Caipira Cultural Center in Joaquim Egídio, Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
Traditional Paulista Table: Eat & Drink Together promotes the authentic São Paulo cuisine, with its traditional tropeiros ranches, wood stoves and poultry recipes from different regions of São Paulo state. The work represents Macedo’s more than 30 years of research of the cuisine of São Paulo.
The publication is an achievement of Abaçaí Culture and Art, Ministry of Culture, supported by Aviagen and Broto Legal and Caetano companies.
"Aviagen’s support for this book illustrates our ‘global reach, local touch’ business philosophy. Our promotion of projects that leverage local cultures is critical to demonstrate our commitment, not only to the poultry industry, but also to its local communities," explained Ivan Lauandos, president of Aviagen Latin America.
