Because business in Aviagen’s Latin American region continues on a strong upward trend, Cidimar Trevisan has joined the Brazilian team as Regional Technical Services supervisor to help sustain the high level of support that strengthens customer success.
Trevisan’s extensive education, expertise and experience in the poultry breeding industry has thoroughly prepared him to provide Ross® 308 AP and Ross® 408 customers with this outstanding level of support.
Lifetime of service to Brazilian agriculture
Growing up on a farm in Santa Catarina, Trevisan has been exposed to Brazilian agriculture his entire life. In 1988, his hard work and recognized potential landed him a job with Sadia, now a brand of BRF, where he served as a supervisor in Faxinal dos Guedes, in Santa Catarina state and later also became responsible for a parent stock operation in Lajeado, Rio Grande do Sul state, Francisco Beltrao and Dois Vizinhos facilities in Parana state.
Alongside his work duties, Trevisan has advanced his education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Rural Management and Master’s in Management Development from FACEPAL in Parana state, as well as an MBA focused on Strategic Business Management from Vizivali, also in Parana state.
