New org chart means dedicated Customer Service manager for each region
CAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen is pleased to announce a strategic restructuring of its Latin American business operations that will result in improved service for its valued customers. Effective Jan. 1, the world’s leading poultry breeding company now has dedicated Customer Service leadership for each Latin American region.
New structure to better serve CAME and SAEB
The Latin American regions of Central America, the Caribbean and Mexico (CAME) and South America excluding Brazil (SAEB) now have new managers for their business and customer service efforts. Current Sales Managers Juan Diez of CAME and Luis Cesio from SAEB were both promoted to the position of business managers for their regions, reporting directly to Ivan Pupo Lauandos, president of Aviagen Latin America.
Brazil will remain under the leadership of Abilio Alessandri as business manager and Marco Aurelio Araujo as Technical Services manager.
New CAME leadership structure
Reporting to Diez in the CAME region, Jorge Amado was promoted to head of Technical Services. Also, reporting to Amado, Javier Alvarado, Luis Pachon, Rodrigo Cisoto and Juan Carlos Velez will serve CAME customers as Technical Service managers.
New SAEB structure
Reporting to Cesio in the SAEB region, Osvaldo Bolinaga was promoted to head of Technical Services. Bolinaga’s direct reports in the SAEB region will be Technical Service managers Pablo Schnettler, Rodrigo D'Amen and Ilmo Nunes.
José J. Bruzual
New global veterinary specialist appointee
Previously the regional technical manager for Aviagen Latin America, Dr. José J. Bruzual has accepted a new challenge at Aviagen headquarters in Huntsville, Ala., U.S. as Senior Poultry Veterinary Technical Specialist covering North and Latin America. He will report to Dr. Nick Dorko, Aviagen’s global head of Veterinary Services on the Global Technical Operations team.
Micheletti to bring his expertise to the whole region
Anselmo Micheletti, the current technical manager in Latin America, will be responsible for technical guidelines at Aviagen Latin America grandparent and great grandparent farms and hatcheries. He will represent Latin America in Aviagen’s global technical meetings and working groups, and will be supported by all heads of Technical Services throughout the Latin America regions. His main goal will be to share solutions to maximize performance and success of customers and Technical Service managers.
