New Arbor Acres Max broiler breeders make grand entrance into Argentinian market
CAMPINAS, Brazil – Aviagen®, the world’s leading broiler breeding company, has announced that its Arbor Acres® distributor New Gen Breeders has hosted two customer seminars in Argentina – the first on Nov. 28 in the city of Funes, state of Santa Fe, and another on Nov. 30 in the city of Pilar, state of Buenos Aires. Both conferences welcomed 180 customers and prospective customers of the new Arbor Acres Max breeding stock product.
New product to “maximize” customer success in Argentinian market
Aviagen’s ongoing development goal is to offer a broad range of products to meet unique market needs worldwide. The Arbor Acres Max was introduced to the market in Argentina just this year as part of Aviagen’s joint strategy with New Gen, an Arbor Acres distributor in Argentina.
Arbor Acres Max will benefit the businesses of parent stock (PS) customers in Argentina with its competitive broiler traits such as strong field performance, good daily weight gain and favorable feed conversion ratio, which makes it a highly efficient bird.
“The Arbor Acres Max is already gaining momentum in the Argentinian market due to its competitive advantages, as well as the respect our customers have for the Arbor Acres brand,” says Franco Santangelo, New Gen Breeders owner. “Our team works hand in hand with Aviagen to provide the expertise and support our customers need to be successful in today’s poultry market.”
Management advice to optimize performance
Both Santangelo and Luis Cesio, Aviagen business manager for South America excluding Brazil, opened the programs and welcomed their esteemed guests.
Besides a strong focus on gaining the most from the Arbor Acres Max through optimal stockmanship, the seminars covered the following important management topics presented by an Aviagen panel of poultry specialists:
- Female Management by Rodrigo D'Amen, Technical Services manager
- Male Management by Osvaldo Bolinaga, Technical Services manager
- PS Nutrition by Marcelo Silva, nutritionist
- Hatchery Basic Concepts, Eddy Van Lierde, hatchery specialist
- Broiler Management, Rodrigo Tedesco, Regional Technical Services supervisor
“We always strive to help parent stock customers in Argentina increase their market share by continually advancing bird performance, and providing the best knowledge to equip them for success. The Arbor Acres Max is the right product to sustain for our customers a competitive edge in the dynamic Argentinian market,” says Cesio.
“We’ve enjoyed meeting with guests at both seminars and strengthening our relationship with the New Gen team. The excellent communication and collaboration between Aviagen and New Gen greatly benefits customers throughout the region.”
